Step 1: Initial Phone Call
In this short, 15-minute conversation, we will begin our introduction to you by describing the culture of our firm and discussing your financial condition. The purpose of this phone call is to make sure we are the best fit for each other.
Step 2: Meeting
When we sit down with you for our first in-office meeting, we will continue to establish our relationship with you by going over your goals, current financial documents and answer any questions you have.
Step 3: Analysis
This is where we perform our “behind the scenes” duties. Our team will dive into the information you have provided us and put together a custom plan that is best suited for you.
Step 4: Second In-Office Meeting
When we meet the second time, we will present to you the plan we tailored for you and provide clear answers to your financial questions. If you are ready to become a client, we will have all paperwork ready for you to sign.
Step 5: Ongoing Review
Once you are on board, our team will conduct regular reviews to make sure you are on track to meet your goals.
